 Mr rease wasn’t here today, but ms cook made us fool bookwork. We had to right definitions and sentences on vocabulary words. We also finished up the PowerPoint and the other work we had from earlier this week.

 We finished up our mini projects in Mr rease class. The two careers I chose were sociology and architecture. I don’t really like neither of those, but those option were probably the best out of what career choices they gave me. I got extra time though to do my project because I was testing, so yay.

 I was testing so I didn’t attend to Mr rease class

 We didn’t transition to 2nd block

 Mr rease took mercy on us and gave us a fresh day from all the testing.

 Second 2 and 3 of our EOC today. Section 2 is more challenging than yesterday because I had to write a narrative and I was half sleep. I didn’t get to finish it unfortunately, but I think I made up for it from the multiple choice. Section 3 was just a bunch of multiple choice thank god.

We had our eoc section 1 today. I think it was pretty easy the essay was also not bad. I had to write an argumentative essay about a plant based diet and meat based diet. I wrote about how a plant based diet it’s better, ONLY because I think it’s easier to argue but I don’t necessarily agree with it.

 We did some EOC practice for tomorrow And Thursday. We had a prompt about Susan B Anthony and had multiple choice questions. We went over it in class and I hope the EOC would be just as easy as the assignment we did today.

 Absent

Yesterday we read two passages about museums and if they should display artifacts from different cultures even if the country of origin asked for it back. Today we got the passages back and had to write an argumentative essay about which side we agreed with. I personally think it’s ok for museums to display these artifacts, but if the culture or country it came from asks for it back they should return it. At the same time though, a I’m pretty sure big museums and archaeologist would steal these cultural treasures on purpose so they won’t care if the people they stole it from asked for it back.

We did more practice for the EOC today. We read two passages about museums and whether or not it should display historical artifacts. I think it’s ok but if the country of origin or some sort of cultural tribe ask for it back, then I think the museum should give it back. It’s disrespectful to harbor somebody else treasure especially if you stole it.

 “The Eyes Have It” is a brief story by Phillip K. Dick and it’s about a narrator who discovers a book and is frightened and disgusted by it when he reads it. It talks about aliens and their interactions with each others and if I read it, I would be disgusted by it too. We read this story today in class and did questions on them which were pretty easy and I thought the story was humorous.

 Mr rease wasn’t here today so we didn’t do much. Ms cook made us write a brief summary about a goal we wanna reach in life.
